Whether you've been with us for thirty years or you're reading this before your first visit, everything below is open to you. Worship is Saturdays at 11:00 a.m., Bible study at 9:30 a.m., and you don't need to be a member to walk through any of these doors.

⛪This Sabbath: Leaving a Legacy

Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:3–7 (ESV) Speaker: Pastor David Bracetti Series: Kingdom Culture, Week 7

Near the end of his life, Paul wrote a letter to Timothy, a young leader he'd mentored for years. Before any instruction, he remembered where Timothy's faith came from: his grandmother Lois and his mother Eunice. Then he urged Timothy to fan into flame the gift God had placed in him.

This week, Pastor David looks at what it means to leave a legacy of faith, and why it starts long before the end.

Kingdom Culture is a ten-week series on becoming the church God intended, where every member owns the mission and lives out the values of God's Kingdom in everyday life.

God gives every believer gifts for serving others. This two-Sabbath seminar is about discovering what you were built for. Each morning's worship message lays the foundation, and each afternoon puts it into practice, so plan to join us for the whole day.

Come at 4:00 PM. Drive through our porte cochere and we'll place a box in your trunk. Walking or riding a bike? You're just as welcome. You don't need a car to receive food.

First come, first served, until the boxes are gone

We'll also ask if there's anything we can pray about with you. If there is, we'll pull to the side and pray with you right there.

If you'd like to serve

After worship: Bring a sack lunch and eat with us in the Fellowship Room. Lunch isn't provided, so pack your own.
2:00 PM: Packing begins. No experience needed.
4:00 PM: Distribution begins.

Sign-ups aren't required, but they help us plan.

Food Distribution Volunteering

Why on Sabbath? In Isaiah 58, God describes the kind of devotion He's looking for: sharing bread with the hungry and opening your home to the poor. In the same chapter, He calls the Sabbath a delight. Jesus said it plainly in Matthew 12:12: "It is lawful to do good on the Sabbath." Feeding our neighbors isn't a break from Sabbath rest. It's Sabbath doing what it was made for.

🎒Youth Church-August 29

Alternating Saturdays, approximately 11:30 a.m. Middle school and high school students | Led by Andrew Krivda

September 12 · approximately 11:30 a.m. · Youth Room, left front of the sanctuary

Middle and high school students break out during the worship service for their own space. Led by Andrew Krivda, Youth Church runs as open discussion tied to Pastor David's morning message — the students set the direction, ask the hard questions, and get honest answers.

New students are welcome any Sabbath we meet.

Partway through the worship service, students head to the Youth Room for an open, honest conversation about Pastor David's message. Questions are welcome, and so are opinions.

💪Men’s Ministry-September 14 & 21

Men of God is the men's group of our Men's Ministry. The September 14 Mastermind is a planning session to decide what the group will do together, and new voices are especially welcome. On September 21, the group meets for the first time to put that plan into action.

Open to all men. Church membership is not required, and friends and family are always welcome.

Far fewer can tell you what theirs is. This two-Sabbath seminar exists to close that gap. Using the EQUIP curriculum, we'll move past the abstract idea of gifting and into actual inventory work — a spiritual gifts assessment on the first Sabbath, and a DISC profile on the second — with time built in to process what comes back. The sermons tell you God gave you something. The afternoons tell you what it is. Saturday, September 5 — Pastor David Bracetti New Series: Kingdom Culture Message: "Faith That Risks” Joshua 3:13-17 A ten-part study of what changes when a congregation stops attending church and starts carrying its mission. Each week takes a single Kingdom value — the way God's people treat one another, welcome outsiders, serve, take risks, and build something that outlasts them — and asks what it would look like lived out in Naples. September 5 — "Faith That Risks" (Joshua 3:13–17): The Jordan was at flood stage, and God's instruction was to step in. The water didn't part until the priests' feet were already wet. This message looks at what God asks of a church that wants the guarantee before the obedience. Sermons are posted online one week after they're preached. This ministry has served the Naples community for six years. Every month, on the Saturday following the second Tuesday, we set aside the afternoon to feed our neighbors. If you need food, come at 4:00 p.m. Drive through our porte cochere and we'll place a box straight into your trunk. Walking or riding a bike? You're just as welcome — you don't need a car to receive food. There's no registration, no paperwork, and no documentation of any kind required. First come, first served, until the boxes are gone. We'll also ask if there's anything you'd like prayer for. If there is, we'll pull to the side and pray with you right then. If you'd like to serve: Tuesday, September 8 at 12:00 p.m. — Truck offload. About a half-hour of lifting. Show up and help. Saturday after worship — Bring a picnic-style sack lunch and stay; we eat together in the Fellowship Room. Lunch is not provided on distribution Sabbaths, so pack your own — and maybe one extra. 2:00 p.m. — Packing begins. We fill Blessing Boxes with essentials for families across our community. No experience needed. Prefer to go home after service and return at 2:00? That works too. 4:00 p.m. — Distribution begins. We serve on Sabbath deliberately. On September 26, the discussion runs parallel to the spiritual gifts seminar, giving students a chance to ask the same question the adults are asking: what has God actually put in me? It is open to every man — church membership is not required, and friends, family, and coworkers are always welcome. These two nights work together. The Mastermind Session on the 14th is the planning table. What this ministry becomes — the format, the focus, what these men build together going forward — gets decided in that room. If you've ever had an opinion about what a men's ministry ought to be, that's the night it counts. And if you've never attended a meeting, come anyway — no agenda required. A man who can say plainly what it would take to get him to come back is the most useful voice in the room. The Kick-Off Meeting on the 21st launches what the 14th shaped. If you've been thinking about coming, start here: everyone begins at the same place, so there's nothing to catch up on and no conversation you're walking into the middle of. Both are the kind of room where a man can stop performing and say what's actually going on. The study has run on the first and third Thursdays of the month in an open-attendance format — meaning there's no prerequisite, no catching up, and no awkwardness about walking in for the last night. Questions are the point. Students who show up with doubts are in exactly the right room. A leader announces the dismissal at the appropriate point in the service and students move to the youth room — the front left classroom off the sanctuary. This ministry has served the Naples community for six years. If you need food Come at 4:00 p.m. Drive through our porte cochere and we'll place a box straight into your trunk. Walking or riding a bike? You're just as welcome — you don't need a car to receive food. There is no registration, no paperwork, and no documentation of any kind required. First come, first served, until the boxes are gone. We'll also ask if there's anything you'd like prayer for. If there is, we'll pull to the side and pray with you right then. If not, that's completely fine — the food is yours either way. If you would like to help Tuesday, September 8, 12:00 p.m. — Truck unloading. We need 2–3 people who can lift heavy boxes, for about 15–20 minutes. No sign-up required; just come to the church at noon. Saturday, September 12, after worship — Bring a picnic-style sack lunch and eat with us in the Fellowship Room. Lunch isn't provided, so pack your own — and maybe one extra. Saturday, September 12, 2:00 p.m. — Packing begins. No experience needed. Prefer to go home after service and return at 2:00? That works too. Saturday, September 12, 4:00 p.m. — Distribution begins. This student led worship experience is designed specifically for them, with teaching, discussion, and space to ask honest questions about faith. A leader announces the dismissal at the appropriate point in the service and students move to the youth room — the front left classroom off the sanctuary. Summer Women’s Bible Study Thursday 9/3 and 9/17 · 6:00 PM · 5050 Davis Blvd Led by Sharon Foster Two sessions remain in this summer's study, concluding September 17. The study uses an open-attendance format, meaning you can join at any point without having attended previous sessions. There is no preparation required and no commitment to attend every week. Bring a Bible; everything else is provided. There is no application, no proof of need, and no eligibility screening. Come as you are, and we will send you home with food. A prayer is offered with each person at the point of distribution. If you would like to help Volunteers gather at 2:00 PM to pack, immediately before distribution opens. No experience or prior sign-up is necessary — simply arrive and someone will put you to work. A second, smaller volunteer need comes earlier in the month: the Midwest Food Bank delivery truck arrives Tuesday, September 8 at 12:30 PM, and offloading takes approximately fifteen minutes. If you have flexibility midday on a weekday, text 941-877-5654 to be included. Because this distribution falls on Sabbath, the day begins with worship at 11:00 AM, followed by a bring-your-own sack lunch shared picnic-style in the Fellowship Room. Packing begins once lunch concludes. Serving on the Sabbath is not an interruption of our rest but an expression of its purpose. Isaiah 58 links genuine Sabbath-keeping directly to sharing bread with the hungry, and Christ Himself affirmed that it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath day. The September 14 mastermind is a working session to shape the direction, focus, and priorities of the ministry — men who want a voice in what this becomes should plan to be there. What if I understood the way God made others to think and function differently than me? Would that change how I communicate with them? Would I appreciate them more? Not the gifted few, not the naturally confident, not the people already on a platform — every one. Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, and 1 Peter 4 all say the same thing from different angles. What most of us have never had is help identifying what that something actually is. Afternoon Session — Saturday, September 26 Presented by Elder Rick New Completing the spiritual gifts identification process. This session helps each participant name the specific gifts God has entrusted to them and understand the purpose those gifts were given for. Afternoon Session — Saturday, October 3 Presented by Steve Krivda An exploration of the DISC profile and what it reveals about how you communicate, make decisions, and work alongside others. Understanding your own wiring — and recognizing that the people around you are wired differently — transforms how ministry teams function and dramatically reduces the friction that comes from misreading one another's intentions. What to Know Before You Register This is one seminar delivered over two Saturdays. Weekend two builds directly on weekend one, so participants should plan to attend both Sabbaths. Who can attend: Anyone who worships with us, high school age and older. Church membership is not required, and visitors are genuinely welcome. Saturday, August 1 — Pastor David New Series: Kingdom Culture Message: "Becoming the Church God Intended” 1 Corn 12:12-27 What separates a congregation that gathers from a congregation that changes its city? Over ten weeks, Pastor David examines the values that define life in God's Kingdom — belonging, encouragement, hospitality, servanthood, risk, legacy, compassion, and peace — and what changes when a church actually lives them. The series rests on one conviction: the mission of the church does not belong to its staff. It belongs to every member. It closes with The Church the City Cannot Ignore (Acts 2:42–47). Week 1 — August 1: "Everyone Matters" 1 Corinthians 12:12–27 Paul describes the church as a body, where every part is necessary and the parts that appear least significant are the ones God honors most. This opening message asks what it means to belong before it asks anything of you. All are welcome. No membership, background, or church experience required. Messages are available afterward on our website, YouTube, and podcast. Youth Church | August 1 (approx. 11:30am) | Youth Room Led this week by Tyler Krivda, all middle and high school students are dismissed from the 11:00 AM worship service following congregational prayer — a leader will direct them to the Youth Room. Parents, simply come to the main service; students will be guided from there. The format is conversation, not lecture. Students engage the same scripture being preached in the sanctuary and work through what it means for their own lives: school, friendships, family, and the decisions in front of them right now. Youth Church meets on alternating Sabbaths. August dates: 1st, 15th, and 29th. Summer Women’s Bible Study 1st & 3rd Thursdays | 6:00pm | 5050 Davis Blvd| Led by Sharon Foster An evening gathering for women of all ages centered on scripture, prayer, and community. No preparation required and no prior attendance needed — each session stands on its own. Bring a Bible if you have one; extras are available. August dates: August 6 and August 20 Community Food Distribution — August 11 & 15 Food Offloading: August 11 @ 12:00pm (15-20 mins) Packing & Handout: August 15 @ 2:00 PM & 4:00pm (following service) Our food distribution ministry provides groceries directly to families in the Naples community. It runs entirely on volunteers, and there is a role for every schedule and ability level. If you need food: Come to the church on Saturday, August 15 at 4:00 PM. Distribution is open to anyone who arrives — first come, first served, until supplies run out. No registration, documentation, or church membership required. You do not need to attend the service or contact us in advance. Just come. Saturday, July 12 — Pastor David Series: Sent: Living as Ambassadors of the Kingdom | Week 10 of 10 Message: "Until He Comes" | Matthew 24:14 Ten weeks. One conclusion: the gospel must reach the world before the end. Pastor David closes the Ambassador series this Sabbath with the text that sits at the heart of why this church exists. Join us at 11:00am. Youth Church | July 18 Following congregational prayer, middle and high school students are invited to join Tyler Krivda in the youth room to unpack Pastor David's message together. Come ready to talk. Food Distribution — This Saturday | July 18 Packing & Handout: July 18 @ 2:00 PM & 4:00pm (following service) Immediately following a time of fellowship and lunch, we pack and distribute food to our community. One shift, one afternoon, real impact.
